EENs (Engineered EndoNucleases) are artificial endonucleases designed to target special DNA sequences. TALENs, ZFNs and CRISPR/Cas systems are the most frequently used EENs.

EENdb is a database collecting reported TALENs, ZFNs and CRISPR/Cas systems targeting organism. EENdb also provides a knowledge base of EEN engineering and other utilities of EENs.
